I gave myself a challenge: build one AI agent per day for seven days straight.
No grand plan. No team. Just a laptop, a lot of coffee, and a genuine curiosity about how far I could push AI-powered automation in a single week.
By day three I was hooked. By day seven I had completely changed how I work.
The agents ranged from a Telegram bot that reads and prioritises my emails, to a tool that researches investors and drafts personalised outreach — automatically. Some took a few hours. Some took most of the day. All of them taught me something unexpected.
The biggest lesson? The bottleneck was never the technology. It was me — figuring out what to automate, and why.
I wrote the full story — all seven days, what I built, what broke, and what I’d do differently — over at Bangkok Entrepreneurs.

If you’re a founder wondering whether AI automation is worth exploring right now, this is an honest account. Not a hype piece. Just what happened when I actually tried it.
